[LEGAL REVIEW] Wording follows the written instruction from Randall Morgan Jones Hey's lawyer (13 August 2026): the legal basis to practise is the physiotherapist title (member no. 10369, Colegio de Fisioterapeutas de la Comunidad Valenciana); "Chiropractic" is always presented as a specialisation/training tied to that title, never standalone, and the US origin of the "Doctor of Chiropractic" title is always stated explicitly. This wording supersedes the client's earlier provisional decision ("present simply as a chiropractor", see CLIENT-DECISIONS.md).

Purpose of the website

This site provides information about the professional activity of Dr. Randall Jones and allows visitors to book an appointment. It does not replace the direct clinical relationship between patient and practitioner.

Booking an appointment through this site is free and involves no online payment: the price of the service is paid at the clinic on the day of your visit.

Attendance commitment and cancellations

Booking an appointment reserves professional time exclusively for you. Consulting hours are limited, so a slot that is booked and not used is a slot no other patient could take.

You may change or cancel your appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before the reserved time, by telephone or by email to the contact details given above.

If you do not attend, or you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to withdraw your access to online booking, so that future appointments must be arranged by telephone or paid for in advance. You will never be charged for a service that was not provided: this is solely a measure to manage access to the online diary.

This does not apply to cancellations caused by force majeure, illness, or other justified circumstances, which are considered case by case.

The text, images, brand, and other content on this site belong to the data controller or are used under the appropriate authorisation.
